Rebrand. Refresh. Relaunch.

In 2021, the creative team was tasked with rebranding the Cardinal Financial website, supplying new copy, design, and SEO strategy for a brand-new customer experience.

After the relaunch, stats went up almost instantly — even through troubling financial conditions. Organic traffic, time on page, rate quote requests, and loan locks all hit new highs.

Additionally, the website rebranding effort won nine w3 awards (Gold and Silver) for branding, design, and copywriting, among other things.

What I did.

First-time home buyer guide.

Mortgages shouldn’t lead to migraines. To help first-time buyers navigate tricky conditions, requirements, and definitions, I penned the company’s (free) first-time buyer’s guide.

Specialty mortgages.

Everyone’s heard of FHA and VA loans, but what about renovation loans and home loans for tiny housing? I was tasked with writing web copy for a handful of specialty mortgage types.
