For my first campaign with Cardinal Financial, I was tasked with marketing USDA home loans.

We wanted to capture customers who were considering getting away from the busy city lifestyle, and we wanted to advertise the less-stringent requirements of this loan product.

The deliverables.

Social

Social media would be the primary touchpoint for this campaign, so I created a handful of static and dynamic organic posts and paid ads for Facebook and Instagram.

Video

While some of the social media posts were dynamic, we also needed a video “script” for the company’s YouTube channel. No voiceover, but on-screen copy was a necessity.

Email

To generate additional qualified leads, we developed a drip campaign to help inform, educate, and encourage action. Each email provided prospects with varying levels of detail while retaining that themed messaging.
